Situated on the outskirts of Corralejo, Villa Maxogarden offers a fantastic location, close to shops and bars. The shopping centre “El Campanario”, built in a typical canarian style offers some very nice restaurants and interesting shops.It is open seven days a week and you may reach it after a 5 minutes walk.
Within 5 minutes by car you come to the wonderful Natural Park with its famous dunes and white sandy beaches and crystal water. To visit the centre of Corralejo we recommend to walk along the attractive Grandes Playas Avenue and enjoy the marvellous views to the island Los Lobos and Lanzarote. After approximately 20 minutes you will reach the centre. you will find the center of Corralejo.

The Villa has three bedrooms and sleeps up to 6. This single storey villa is designed in the form of an L around the pool. It is spacious and bright with patio doors looking out towards the terrace and swimming pool from every room, providing a delightful holiday atmosphere.
The living room has a gable roof, dining room-dining table, and patio doors leading to the pool. There is a fully furnished and equipped independent kitchen.
Villa Maxogarden has three attractive bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath and patio doors leading out to the terrace. There are two further bedrooms with twin beds that share a bathroom with a shower over the bath and with patio doors leading to the pool.
The pool measures 6x3 m2 with integral steps and has a poolside shower. There are sunbeds around the pool and umbrellas provide welcome shade in the warm sunshine of Fuerteventura. The wooden pergola over the outside dining area is the idyllic place for entertaining. The villa has a private off street parking.

Cancellation Policy
Should you have to cancel your booking the following charges apply:
More than 6 weeks notice - Loss of deposit
4 - 6 weeks notice - 35% of balance will be charged.
2 - 4 weeks notice - 50% of balance will be charged
1 - 2 weeks notice - 75 % of balance will be charged
Less than 1 weeks notice - 100% of balance will be charged.
No refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures.
