The Villas Chemas Duplex have 3 bedrooms, private fresh water pool and can accommodate up to 6 people.Their layout is as follows: on the ground floor there is a separate fully equipped kitchen, dining-living room, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower; on the upper floor there are two suites, this means bedrooms with twin beds and an adjacent bathroom (with tub) each. One of them has a terrace. The Villas have a furnished terrace. Allarm system installed.

Cancellation Policy
Should you have to cancel your booking the following charges apply:
More than 6 weeks notice - Loss of deposit
4 - 6 weeks notice - 25% of balance will be charged.
2 - 4 weeks notice - 50% of balance will be charged
1 - 2 weeks notice - 75 % of balance will be charged
Less than 1 weeks notice - 100% of balance will be charged.
No refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures.
