The three bedroom Villas can accommodate up to 5 persons; a folding bed can be provided for a 6th person (child 2-12). The main bedroom is a Suite (includes a private bathroom) furnished with a double bed. Moreover, it has a balcony with fine views over the Islands of Lobos and Lanzarote. Allarm system installed.

Furthermore, there are a twin-bedded room and a single-bedded room as well as a totally fitted bathroom on the upper floor and a guest toilet right at the entrance.

Cancellation Policy
Should you have to cancel your booking the following charges apply:
More than 6 weeks notice - Loss of deposit
4 - 6 weeks notice - 25% of balance will be charged.
2 - 4 weeks notice - 50% of balance will be charged
1 - 2 weeks notice - 75 % of balance will be charged
Less than 1 weeks notice - 100% of balance will be charged.
No refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures.

Minimum stay: 5 nights in low season, 7 nights in high season

Optional pool heating from 1st November to 30th April, forfait 175 Euros for stays up to 7 days, from the 8th day we will charge 25 Euros/day extra for pool heating. Please, book this option with 2 days advance at least, in order to allow pre-heating and correct temperature of the pool at arrival. This service is bookable and payable in advance at reservas@aurytur.com
